I、Mode
for Distribution：
We only appoint one general distributor in assigned
area for distributing our products. The distributors should
carry out the products propaganda, promotion, distribution,
and payment collection.
The general distributor has the rights to divide his precinct
into several subareas and to develop and authorize
his subarea distributors under our attentions.
The two class distributors are not permitted to sell
other products competitive directly against ours during
agency period.

II、Supporting
system：
Promotion expenditure: We draw a certain proportion
of promotion expenditure according to the annual volume
of sales. The expenditure will be spent on the promotion
in important markets. And we select the important
markets and determine the proportion of its promotion
expenditure according to annual marketing scheme.
To provide products of multi-specification and diversification
To provide the advertisement supports on enterprise
brand and products for our distributors
To provide technology supports in all directions for
distributors.
To provide high quality, thoughtful & efficient
service for the distributors in Information, logistics,
package and complaint.

III、We
make unified rebate system for our distributors. The
principle is basis on the grade rebate scheme, which
is made according to distributors’ grades published
at the beginning of every year.

IV、Distributor
Margin System
For protect the benefits of our distributors
away from damage，we adopts margin system as the precautionary
measures for the market，namely, when the client become
our distributor, he must pay a certain amount of margin
as pledge. |

V、According
to the requirements of the distributor confirmation
procedure, we must evaluate the distributor qualification.
Only the one, who possesses following qualifications,
have the rights to apply for distribution:
The applicant should reside and have business
in the applied area.
The applicant's business should be in the industries
of raw material medicine、vitamin、pharmaceutical intermediate,
products of fine chemicals.
The applicant should have the ability of technology
generalization & service.
